Congratulations on making it this far! Your new blog is about ready to get rollin’!
Let’s add a few more final touches before I let you go on your own into the blogosphere.
In this video I’m going to show you how to easily install WordPress plugins and set up your basic on-site SEO (search engine optimization) so the search engines can more easily find your blog content. I’m going to introduce you to a plugin called the All in One SEO Pack. You’ll become very familiar with this plugin as you become more experienced with SEO. The last thing we’ll do is set the naming conventions for your website so your URLs match the titles of your pages.
Once you complete this video, I recommend you go read my list of the top 22 WordPress plugins for blogging and internet marketing. You’ll definitely want to start using some of these plugins as you progress with your blog.
Alright. Enough with the introduction. Let’s get started!
